Multiple PRs. Confidence in lifts like squats, deadlift, bench. Down about 8 lbs depending on the day. Down a couple of pant sizes on the waist. Feel energetic, limber, good and confident. Sleep has been good overall for a while.

I am down about 10 lbs, lost 3.5% body fat and somehow am up 11 lbs of muscle, obviously scale may not be correct. My strength is way up; in the past 8 weeks I have made serious gains. I never in my life could do a lateral raise above 20 lbs. I am now able to do 3 reps at 35 lbs and start my sets at 20 lbs. My incline bench has progressed a ton as well; I was able to get 2 reps at 225 with tempo!!

Down about 12 lbs, cut 5 inches collectively across all measurements, energy and strength are increasing, confidence is coming back to 20-30 year old me.
